    Cool Been busy

This afternoon I pulled a bunch of boneless skinless chicken breast from the freezer and started the crockpot a goin
Celery onions red bell peppers green onions carrots bay leaves thyme oregano
    Parsley sage and water
On high overnight with some spring water
On the stove I pulled two sheet pans covered with foil and cut a pound pkg of bacon in half and layed out one half of the strips chevron style and sprinkled granulated onion granulated garlic and black pepper sprinkled generously over the bacon then placed three ahi tuna steaks on that and flipped this over after pressing down into the seasoning then covering those with the remaining half of the bacon strips and again sprinkling same on that bacon then covered said bacon covered steaks with foil shiny side down and tucked foil tight and placed in preheated 350 degree oven to bake till melted bacon fat and juices started running then pulled from oven to pop a corner and drain and place back in oven till done to my liking
    Dry flaky and good.
I had my coworker come to the back fence wrapped up in a blanket to get hers wrapped in foil
    Within minutes got a reply
Grammaís All Nighter now serving straight up good food!!

Old is a state of mind. Most 17 year olds don't do half what you do.
