Geez Gene, I didn't say I can't be found. I said you can not find it on a map! Pay attention! My land was undeveloped when I bought it. No one has lived here before me according to the records from as far back as the early 1800's when the nearby township was established. There is no physical address attached to my property. Even when you type in coordinence, it puts my property a couple of miles away. My property was originally surveyed just short of 100 years ago. I own the deed and the mineral right. My property is registered at the county seat and was only recently surveyed when I paid it off to aquire a clear deed and my property is land locked so there are no roads, just ruts where we pass through to reach our property by 4 wheel drive. It's basically a piece of property within a much larger land mass used for cattle roaming. I developed this piece of land myself almost 30 years ago. I didn't just move in. We built it ourselves while living completely off the grid. I've kept it secluded purposely.

You obviously know nothing about rural Texas land.

Gene is blind sided . If someone, or a mob tries to seize another's property, he's not equating that the proprietor will fight harder than the thief, to keep it. There are two sides to a battle and I can promise that most of the time, the owner will prevail and the aggressor(s) WILL die.
