We spent the day exploring on horseback. We're back to business as usual tomorrow.

Well I take back the as usual part. Friday I subbed a crew to install some flooring for me shook all their hands during pre construction meeting. I promptly cleaned my hands with starting fluid.

I need a week to 10 days stay home order. Dallas county just south of me has one going into effect at midnight. I just need enough time to go get backer board and some materials so I can work on demo and getting ready for my contractors to come work on my house. Week would be nice. I'm still working dang it.

I have to take feed to ranch later this week. I think SanAntonio is going to be a ghost town. I usually leave house about 4:45 to beat morning traffic thru there. Don't think it will be a problem this time.

Luckily my job falls under essential services.

    Here is a little prayer

Prayers for my friends who must carry the ball.
Prayers for my friends who aren't working at all.
Prayers for those working from home.
Prayers for those facing this alone.
Props to those who answer the call.
Love, hope and strength to all.
Once during a hunting trip in Remote Alaska I ran out of Twinkie’s and was compelled to live off of of fish and moose meat

Very appropriate, John, very appropriate indeed. May the Lord watch over you and keep you safe.

We've been reducing social contacts a ton since Gavin's last day of school on the 13th. Our church had our last service on the 15th, but they canceled sunday school(so I didn't NEED to go) and hubby wasn't running lights that day, so we just stayed home. School hemmed and hawed a bit, closing that Monday and Tuesday for "cleaning" but later gave in to cancellation. Last week the kids and I went on a couple more shopping trips to get what we needed and then hubby brought his work computer home on the 17th to start working from home. I've been going out more than I should, delivering wipes and now masks, however I've been trying to push electronic payment with porch drop off for most transactions. I'm even mailing wipes and masks locally to avoid people(going to the PO at night and mailing via kiosk). And then I had two does kid in the last couple of days, so the kids and I are going up to hang with them. So we are still going out, but we have greatly reduced the number of people who get anywhere near us. My sister was able to escape her temp lab job in Cali and is now up at the "Keep" with my parents. The other sister is stuck in NYC, so I sent her cloth wipes and tons of vitamins.
