Yea I saw that but they showed filming of solicitors and SCOTUS does not do anything live. Also the justices were not anybody I knew. I guess the visual could have been a lower court.

No offense but, it's precedent, not president.

They talk about president in the article, and there is plenty of president. People sue the person responsible, not the manufacturer.I think even the conservative judges have lost their minds on this one.

I'd like to see the list of who actually voted, then we will know. I can't find it anywhere.

Been covering it on OAN along with live argument from solicitor, but never heard a name mentioned. I forgot what state Sandy Hook is in, if there is such a place. Not saying I doubt them, but for what was reported, it seems that this would be a much publicized annual remembrance ceremony.

I'm not normally a spell police because I misspell things myself at times, but that was bugging me. LOL
I hope he doesn't take offense to me correcting his spelling.

I don't believe a vote would be recorded because SCOTUS declined to hear the case without comment. Cliff notes version.....Connecticut supreme court allowed the case, Remington appealed to SCOTUS, SCOTUS declined the appeal without comment, case goes back to the lower court in Connecticut to continue......

If they can't get them one way they'll try another, and another, and another, and another....!! I'd better not get started down this road.

I used to live in Connecticut up to 25 years ago .... in fact, not terribly far away from where Lanza shot up that school. It seemed to me a great many parents there had blinders on about their children, believing they are all "little angels" when in fact, they werent.

Usually, though, they were either bullies, or just ne'er-do-wells, not troubled psychos like Adam Lanza. He was a special kind of bad seed, and his mother had blinders on regarding him.

Connecticut is a very beautiful state ~~~ but it's also a very liberal state, as evidenced by their antigun hysteria.... many people there just don't live in the "real world" .... and I suspect they're only slightly behind San Francisco and Los Angelos so far as the quality of life is concerned.

Heh, heh! In a way, TG, that's sort of an oxymoron: Beautiful state......filled with liberal trash.
