    https://www.monolithic.org/ These folks are the ones I would pay to build my home. They have done some very extensive underground homes. They do run pipes for air intake a long way under ground to keep from having condensation and other issues. They even do clinics on how to do it yourself. All you need to do is let the planner know that your putting it under ground and they can tell you how much more re bar and shot Crete to use to make it safe.

    Do they do earth-covered structures? I didn't see any on their page.

    I know the site has lots of information and you can get lost in some of it. If you have a question call them and ask them. Maybe buy their book on dome architectural they already have designs that are certified.
