If you want to stop drugs.. have a zero tolerance policy.
Legalise weed, but criminalize heroin, coke , meth, stuff like that gets you 5 years hard time..first offense. Second offense 10 years.

    POTUS has closed the deal

    United States-Mexico Joint Declaration

In the United States-Mexico Joint Declaration distributed late Friday Mexico agrees to “take unprecedented steps to increase enforcement to curb irregular migration.” Steps taken will include the deployment of six thousand national guard members throughout the country. Their task will be to stop migrants from entering Mexico or eventually reaching the United States.

Mexico agrees to allow migrants at the border or already in Mexico to stay in Mexico where they will be allowed to work while awaiting their asylum hearings.

Mexico also agrees to take “decisive action to dismantle human smuggling and trafficking organizations as well as their illicit financial and transportation networks.”

The declaration, distributed by the State Department, said Mexico had also agreed to accept an expansion of a Trump administration program that makes some migrants wait in Mexico while their asylum claims are heard in the United States.

I don't really care how the Dems react. It's always the same bs and the same chaos. They have a guide book on reaction methods they go by, and it hasn't changed. Their shock and aww methods and predictability have lost their amusement factors. So I say, so what?

Dammit, I was looking forward to a hike in Avocado price to disrupt the socialist utopia of Austin, Tx, just because they already don't like Trump.

looks like the Mexicans are really following thru which is awesome.
once the word gets out that Mexico is arresting illegal immigrants i bet the flow will stop.
and the coyotes doing the smuggling are going to really have to jack their price

Mexico has not wasted any time following its agreement with the United States to stem the flow of illegal migrants into the country. The Mexican military has begun targeting migrants traveling on the freight train known as "The Beast" to the U.S.-Mexico border, according to reports. The "La Bestia" train was held up by the Mexican National Guard near Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, a city north of the Mexico-Guatemala border, an area where migrants have been crossing into the US.

The "La Bestia" train was held up by the Mexican National Guard near Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, a city north of the Mexico-Guatemala border, an area where migrants have been crossing into the US. The operation is one of the first of its kind since Mexico signed a deal with the United States late on Friday night, agreeing that the government will take action against illegal immigration into the US.

"The National Guard was placed on one side, moment that was taken advantage of by more than 200 migrants who got off the train and fled," Nataniel Hernández Núñe, director of the Digna Ochoa Human Rights Center said. Many "hid in the bush, so only 25 were arrested," he added.

Mexico's Institute for National Migration said migrants who illegally entered the country and not possessing temporary visas would be deported because they are in the country without legal permission.

Brilliant strategy, placing the NG on one side of the train.

I thank the good Lord every day I live in the mountains , where I can see the mother F'ers coming. Because it is already too late. Be ready folks , we are already over-run.

I think the next step Trump will tackle is deporting a bunch of these already here, back over the border to wait for their court date which could take years. Being put back on Mexico soil could make a huge difference because most of them won't show up for court in the US and that will automatically disqualify them for asylum... Let's hope, anyway!
