    Default reading three books...

I am in the process of reading three books...

    "Castaway" by Lucy Irving...

about a woman who volunteers to live for one year on a small island off the coast of Australia.

    https://www.amazon.com/Castaway-Lucy...ay+lucy+Irvine

"The Naked Communist" by Cleon Skousen

About exposing Communism and it's socialist patterns operating in America...the progressive plan

    https://www.amazon.com/Naked-Communi...ommunist&psc=1

and "Our Crowd" by Stephen Birmingham

about the Great Jewish Families of New York.

    https://www.amazon.com/Our-Crowd-Jew...es+of+new+York

It will take me some time to get through these books...but I am looking for certain tell tale markers of interest ...within a pattern.

The Castaway book by Lucy Irving was very interesting and informative not only from a human standpoint but also from a survival standpoint and brought home to me the high susceptibility of the human creature to infections from Insects and other nastys in a survival situation. Also the effects of poor diet for which we take so for granted in our nations of plenty. I am about finished with this book and will be moving on to The Naked Communist.

Tom, Far too many people have no idea of the hardships and difficulties they would face should the SHTF. Such has been one of my main points of interest for many years. How many know which plants can be used to fight off infection, and a WHOLE BUNCH of other very needful stuff. It won't be easy for any of us, but those who aren't prepared with knowledge and skills are gonna be in for a VERY rough time of it...and many won't survive.

Neither the Naked Communist nor Our Crowd ...held much interest to me...and I did not finish them.

Received this book in the mail today and looking forward to seeking out anything of value in it.

"The Snapping of the American Mind"

Healing a nation broken by a lawless government and a godless culture.

    by

    David Kupelian

I have read two of his books previously

    "How Evil Works"

    and

    "The Marketing of Evil"

I found these two books ot be interesting though I was familiar with much of the material in them. It was just interesting to see all these concepts in one book whereas I had to go to several sources to get the gist of what David Kupelian has in one of these books.

    Thanks,

Good topic OT. currently I am slowing working thru The Empire of The City. Roughly halfway thru and it is quite informative. I knew about the opium wars with China, but had NO IDEA how deeply involved the Brit's have been in pretty much every conflict worldwide for centuries. Also how they were able to manipulate other countries to shed their blood for them. Quite amazing actually.
