I could sure use it for real transportation instead of just having my bike.
Does it have a trailer hitch?

Don't know if i would want to spend the money to buy a motorcycle trailer up there so as to be able to bring my bike back home.

Rent a uhaul bike trailer. 12.00 a day. Bring a trailer ball. I'm sure the Nissan has a reciprocal for it.

No hitch on it but it does have a real frame. We took it off the market for a while but have got a good replacement vehicle now so it is back for sale.

What town is close to you that has a U-Haul, or like that can put a hitch, wiring for trailer and also has a motorcycle trailer for rental one way?

Dang i dont want to go through Denver, or Colorado for that matter.

let me figure up something here.......

Does it have 15,000 miles left in it ?
Have some road trips i have to do and then will give it away to someone on this forum that is on the east coast, or the Texas coast (CC area).
    Dont know yet.

Provided my other plans work out.

They just have to promise to not put bullet holes in it.
    -------------------------------

Motorcycle broke right now and have to fix before i take off anywhere.

No promises right at this time as Montana is a long ways from me.
That is the only thing right there would stop me.

I have driven this beasty for a year. Our normal trip is about 80 miles of freeway then up into the hills looking for this kind of stuff. www.montanamegaliths.com ,It holds its water and uses just a little oil. Started in below zero weather just fine. It is rusty so it is mainly drive it till it drops and then run it across the scales at a wrecking yard or part it. Right now it is stuffed with tent sleeping bags and other good stuff to utilize in those special circumstances.

    I really could use it.

Let me tear into my bike in the morning and see if i can fix it.
If not, then that means an engine rebuild and that was quoted at just under 2k.

The little magnet in the oil drain plug came out and has attached itself to the input shaft of the clutch. I can hear it grinding.
Just hope no little pieces have ground off and attached themselves to the gearing and inside the bearings.

How far are u from Helena itself?
Let me call that place right now.

Trailer hitch and light wiring : 292.00
    Trailer rental : 218.00

haven't looked, but i think cost would not justify it.

Beside having flown on airlines as much i have, i don't really like that idea.
Tired of flying. Especially the way it is now.
