    Default Turning Away Flood Assistance?

Apparently they don't need help anymore. Orange County Sheriff Deputy told rescuers to pack it up because they weren't needed. Mind you, the driver was mid-rescue at the time and Vidor PD has since posted they were happy for the assistance.
