Clearing small debris in yard

Last year I had a couple acres of trees cut down, I've spent the past year clearing an area of it for my garden and orchard (same area that caught fire a few months back). I've got most of it cleared now, but I have a lot of small debris still laying around and I'm not sure the best way to clear it out.

There's far too much to pick up by hand, the pieces are too big to rake (between the size of a hand to half an arm), and if I try and go over it with my riding mower a piece ends up getting stuck. Any suggestions in how to get this stuff cleared or is it just best to leave it?

Too hot to burn. Let it set and die off and shrink. You can always burn it in the fall.

Burning isn't really an option, the debris that needs to be cleared is too large of an area to be able to control, and 90% of that area is in my fruit grove. So a controlled fire would kill my trees.

Do you have an ATV or a 4X4 vehicle? Piece together a basic plow mounted to the front and push it all into a pile. Adjust the front tire pressure to raise or lower the plow.

I have a snow plow for my riding mower, I suppose I could use that.

check your local farmer's co-op they might have a piece of rental equipment you could use - like a rock rake for example, but you would need a tractor for that.

Just take it nice and easy. You don't want to be in top gear at full throttle and come across some debris that is still solidly attached to the ground.

Kids man, kids. It'll teach them ethics, put some money in their pocket, you do a service of helping the community, beautifying the area and being a little charitable.
