Default Spinach, beans, strawberries, blackberries are flooding my gardens!

This basket will hold (4) one gallon milk jugs. I filled 5 of these with spinach this morning. I even had to pack the spinach down to make room. Pulling out the pressure canners because I also picked two busses of strawberries and a 5 gal bucket of blackberries and a huge bucket of tomatoes. I gotta get busy with slicing, freeze drying and canning today. My corn is about ready to pull too.

Love that fresh spinach. Wife can't eat it because it's awesome if you want Kidney Stones, and she doesn't. She is not used to cooking so is always amazed at how it cooks down for me.

Me too. I can eat fresh spinach all day long. Raw or cooked. Delicious!
