Cold pressed vs refined, the less processed more benefits.

My dog trainer fed it to my dog for calories when in training. Supposed to be good cholestral or calories or something. I know that in hunting camp in Sonora, Mx the outfitter/guide was a health nut and had the cook putting them in refried beans. The first day they were interesting if a little strange. By day 3 we had to remind the cook who paid the tips and got back to lard in the beans and frying eggs.
Once on safari in deepest darkest Afganistan we ran out of Gin, and were compelled to survive on food and water for several days.

Kingy don't like coconut fried eggs?

Not much into eating any fried foods but use to cook various meats in coconut oil, it's a medium heat oil so have to watch the temps. It's different but don't see that as bad.

    Healthy monosaturated fat.

I cut carbs out of almost everything at times when leaning out me n my dogs for hunting. Sugar is a problem in almost everything.

I'm old enough to remember when 'tropical oils' were supposed to be bad for you.
