Default Smoky here in Montana, they say it is the Canadian fires

Could just see across the valley today at times, air quality has got to suck. Time to get out the air filters for inside the house.

Been watching this event unfold. Scary, if it affects your AO. Kinda surprised more folks on here aren't chatting the topic up more.

I know' right!? It comes in cycles, but it always makes me scratch my head like maybe I'm missing something that everyone else on here already knows and have gone dark as a result, but which I have missed.

I am hearing reports that the smoke is reaching the Gulf of Mexico due to jet stream. Must be a really big fire.

Luckily Ft. McMurray is up in northern Alberta.
