    If it was a scam, I can't figure what would be gained from it.
    Eat it up, wear it out, make it do or do without.

    My dad bought just short of 50 bucks worth, which is awesome, because I love tuna. I ate a solid pound and a half of albacore n the first week of him buying it. Had to put the brakes on that because of mercury poisoning

    Kurtzman Carson Consultants

    Kurtzman is listed as handling the suit, but doing a search of their web site did not return any results for 'starkist'.

    Once again, I emailed them. they emailed me back. Just waiting for the judge. It's not a scam.
