    I would like to trade this property for a tractor and a truck. Long as they run I am not concerned about model or year too much.
    The land I have to trade is raw and perfect to get away from it all. There are multiple caves in the area. Located in Culberson County, Texas, off of Hwy 285 and near Red Bluff reservoir.
    Not far from New Mexico and close to the Guadalupe Mountains, there is excellent camping, hunting, or bugging out. If you

    - No building restrictions
    - You will receive a notarized warranty deed, completely legal and filed in Culberson County
    - Association fees: None;
    - Water would be by well or tank;
    - Electricity would be generator;
    - Access through dirt road.
    - Taxes last year were $31.

    I cannot tell much using google earth. How did you come by this property? I do not have a clue about the area what is the property like? How far to a paved road. Is the dirt road an all season road?
