    I saw quite a few of those while visiting Florida. I heard that their horns are hollow, but I still don't want to be poked by one.

    That is true. Horns are hollow, while antlers are solid.
    Once on safari in deepest darkest Afganistan we ran out of Gin, and were compelled to survive on food and water for several days.
