we had a bad round earlier today, second round coming through, right now. the ones that hit in ms. earlier is now hitting alabama, and bad news guys, another round coming at you. tenn. has caught the blues today also, as well as ark. had some. there is a super-cell RIGHT NOW about 10-15 miles east of me,, moving this way. i'm about tired of these, for this year.

I saw a huge xell near Meridian, Ms. I've got family about 20 miles north of there near Scooba. Looked rough!
We've had about 4-5 rounds move up thru here tonight and 2 more just a little ways from us and heading this way. More comin out of Alabama. We've had a couple tornado's touch down south of here and many others show but not touch down.
    Leswill stay safe tonight.

Estimated EF4, possibly EF5 just flattened portions of north Birmingham, with another cell following close behind. Video shows nearly a mile wide. Info from Weather Channel.

Update: Heard from family in Huntsville- Multiple near misses, tornado damage in several areas including my parents' back yard.
Family in Moulton- Lots of storm damage, no direct tornado hits for them.
Many cities w/ partial or full power outtages in that area. Area news channel (whnt.com) reports no power from TVA. Substation near Brown's Ferry NPP hit by tornado.

Godspeed all, keep your heads down.
