I made up my own and used some small plastic bags that I got at the craft store. We each have some bags in our BOBs and I have some in the GHB in the car. I flavored some with cherry, grape and orange unsweetened koolaid powder.
    Thats MIZZ Cracker to you!!!

sold at places like Wal-mart and Sam's club, its a dry power pouch you mix with a bottled water and shake, it does fizz up....Flavored Tangerine and Raspberry and now other flavors ??
The suckage factor applies...the fizz (I think from Sodium Bicarbonate) makes it horrible. 23 out of a case of 24 left...

My son has intestinal/absorption issues. He drinks the low sugar G2 gatoraid with 1/2 teaspoon of salt added per quart. This is close to the guidelines put out by the world health org. for oral rehydration. He also goes through 1 quart a day of pedialyte to help replace fluids.

It doesn't matter - whatever you have handy.

Romans had something Called Seconjemen (spelling???) IIRc it was vinegar, salt and sugar all mixed.

    It was like ancient Gatorade.

Made some similar stuff with pickle juice and stuff. Actually tasted pretty good.

The same stuff, with a shot of insulin

Or don't get dehydrated in the first place. Diabetes may be a condition, not a 'disease' but it is a condition that does impose a few added limitations on those who have it.
