Default What the fuk is this

Wife and I were away for a while this evening, very interesting , tell about it later, but got a serious question first. We got home, started watching a movie, wife asks " what is this " ? Small cylinder, about 1 1/2 inches long , 1/4 inch diameter, laying on the table. I examined it , cut it open , and this thing slides out. Looks like a frickin microphone to me. Any of you seen anything like it ?

Kinda looks like a mic. I would think it would need a power source, don't see a battery.

Is there anything it could've fallen out of? Like a ceiling tile? Or something that sits on the table?
Common sense is so uncommon nowadays it ought to be reclassified as a super power

Looks like some kind of sealed generator for a self propelled Toy.

Might want to inquire of some of your neighbors as to whether they've seen any black SUVs around your neighborhood. Further, I think I might drop it in a bottle of liquid lye.

It looks very similar to the device found in the shake flashlights. Those that you shake to build a charge in the onboard capacitor, and it then powers the light.

In this case, it does look like there could be a very small mic on it(or it could be a switch), but I do not see anything else attached to it like a transmitter.
