Wonder how this is going to work out. Can they make you put insurance on a Right under the Constitution of the United States???

And if you don't get insurance...can they make you give up your guns??? On a Right under the Constitution of the United States ?? Is that not sort of a double jeopardy??

Wonder what the NRA and other groups position is on this kind of thing??

Thinking once again you have to be educated to become this naturally stupid.

This is a cover up for states like New York and other leftist states to get rid of guns ..control and regulate into oblivion your firearms ownership.

Again ..if you cannot obviously be trusted with a gun..these states and political parties will never trust you with a vote ..or even with your own monies..your children and the list goes on and on.

    Da....Tovarich???!!

You have the right to live and they forced us to buy health insurance. Part of the reason I fought the ACA so hard: it sets a really bad precedent to allow them to force you to use a product. It also gives them a psuedo-registration because they can call the insurance companies and demand a list of people carrying the insurance.

Didn't the Supreme Court rule the ACA a tax?

How can you actually find an argument in what Daelith said? Whatever they ruled it they're forcing us to pay for something.
Don't bring skittles to a gun fight.

They did, after it passed as a fine, despite the president saying it wasn't a tax.

Exactly. They found a way to force the purchase of a product. Call it a tax, a fine, or a negative subsidy: they succeeding in changing the rules and setting precedent.

Can the fed gov over rule that proposed regulation?
    Remember what Einstein said:
I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.

Yes....just like Obama and company did with certain court decisions. They continued as if nothing had changed..they ignored it because they are sitting on the only one in town that counts. The very fingerprint they are today trying to put on the Trump Administration. A dual system. Feudalism.
And the media went silent on this with the Obama Administration when they did it. So too did the Republican Party.
