    What I don't can, I have begun freeze drying this year. Before I got my freeze dryer, I canned or dehydrated a lot more.
    We live in a small town and share a lot of our produce with neighbors, friends and family. I don't sell my produce. I'd rather share and trade it than deal with gov regulations and allowing them to take a $$ cut out of my hard labor.
