    Default NEW GUY (kinda)

I see that I joined this forum back in 2008 welp since then ive done a lot. I am from Kentucky now living in North Carolina spent 5 years in the Marine Corps Infantry as A rifleman/ Squad Leader, and went on 3 deployments 2 to the middle east and one to the Baltics. Over that 5 years I learned a lot about "bugging out" or living out of a rucksack. Myself and my wife just bought our first house here in N.C. and as I live 10 miles from the cost life is pretty good. I received a Honorable Discharge last year an I am now working in a gun shop/ Range as a sales person as well as a Instructor.
Prepping/ SHTF as always been on my mind (since pre 200 and now that I have my own place looking at making improvements around the place and plan on taking a lot away from what I learn on here as well as other places.
pleas feel free to contact me.

Glad you finally stepped up, I guess it's never too late. Thanks too, for your service.

I suck at the whole backpack thing. First off, I'm not in shape to carry anything for a while and starting over at 57 really sucks. Regardless, I always have too much weight in whatever pack I've ever carried.
If I had a dollar for every time I thought about you, I'd think about you more often.
