All I can say is, my shoes are very slippery, and I'd be concerned that they'd slip right off the brake.

Blowing that would disperse them in a hurry.

"I really don't know... Time to start traveling with a Kevlar helmet...."

i do. I have a GHB in both my vehicles 1st aid kit and IFAk, tarp, wool, blanket, poncho, flares, knife, etc. I have 4 extra mags for my Glock, so that gives me 6 total plus the one in the pistol, also have an IAB and MICH in there too.

I got caught in Atlanta once when freaknick bs spilled up onto the highway and they attacked cars. Later worked "demonstrations" when i was a cop and saw them do the same crap. Was a few miles away in Chicago one of the numerous times thugs started shooting at each other on the interstate. Then there were the riots here and numerous protests over the Dantre Hamilton on 94 or 43 or whatever. So i've been there in various capacties, been lucky enough to not be dead center or really had to fight through or drive through them. But i have been close enough to see the disturbances at a distance on the road.

All that crap and the rest of my life may have made me a wee bit paranoid.

I usually drive a 2500 dodge ram now a days, so it's a big vehicle, and i'm armed. I'm only worried when i am in smaller car and or i have my kids. But in the truck i could probably drop in to 4 and turn around in the median if i had too.

I've been fortunate to have never seen a live riot. I hope I never do.
    Remember what Einstein said:
I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.

Nor have I... My work route passes through the heart of KC on I70 thru not so great parts of town... I have 2 longer routes I can use which avoids this...

Property can always be replaced. Your health and well being not so much. If you have the chance to escape the mob but lose your assets, that would be my choice, all be it, pissed about the 'entitles' entitling themselves to my gear.

I told my wife if she is ever in that situation where her life may be in danger to hit the gas and don't look back. Driving an f350 with a diesel will get her out no problem. It may sound harsh but I value her life over the people that may want to do her harm.
