When I heard what he said, my jaw dropped. I could just picture the Justices hearing that and 7 of them having a WTF moment. 2 are bought and paid for by Obama(go on......guess). I could see the 7 saying to each other, "So this guy thinks he's all that? Well, chew on this, little man."
Remember, they are still a little steamed over Obama's remarks about DC vs Heller and Citizens United.
