edit:
i doubt the military simply misprinted his name (Cho Seung-hui), if anything they would have put SEUNG or HUI as his name. therefore, i don't believe that's Cho in that picture.

That theory's down, but it's not out. Maybe the illiterate Marines got his name down as "Hu" instead of "Hui" and printed out his name tags that way. Or it could be a cloth fold covering the "i"...
