that we only get better as a group when we improve as individuals. So the more I can do to help the better all of our chances are WHEN something goes on.

I head up a ninety member MAG out west and so have "some" experience in group issues. I do NOT know all there is to know but after three years of being in charge I have managed to gather a bit of knowledge.

Man, when I left for Iraq the gallon was at $1.30 and I was complaining. On this map the best price is at $3.36. It is just insane.
