Free shipping over $150 isn't really a special for whenshtf.com members. Is the 10% really a special for our members? how do they redeem their 10% it is not automatic on your paypal cart? Thanks for your reply.

My PayPal Cart isn't set up for running %-off specials, so I will do a refund in PayPal or take it out of the shipping request that i have to send off (because PayPal isn't set up for that either). Your choice.

Interesting site. VERY small selection (currently) but a very good price on surplus hydration packs. Doesn't seem to charge shipping though. Possible site problem? We'll see...

I can't accurately reflect shipping charges on my site.. That's why the opening page directs you to contact me for shipping charges, for which I typically send a PayPal request.

FYI, The 10% off orders of $100 thing I have to refund in PayPal (no PayPal charges either way). I will be taking credit cards over the phone within 1 week of THIS posting, which i can do the discount immediately.
