Well, that's the People's Republik of Kalifornia for ya. Last time I checked out there tunnels and ammo hadn't been outlawed.....yet.

I'm guessing that they can pretty much do whatever they like there. :(

Yeah, not for nothing, but i would NEVER live in california if I planned on stockpiling arms and munitions.
