You will either need the file on your computer of have the address of the picture file from a website.
1. Go to http://www.imageshack.us , if you have the file on your computer, click the browse button and find the picture on your computer and hit submit. It will upload the picture file and they will host it for you for free. If you have the address of the picture than click "url" instead of the default "file". Paste the address of the picture in and hit submit.

2. Highlight the last link and copy it. You will need to paste it in the next step.

3. Now that you have the link to the image, when you make a post use the IMG button. Click it once then post the link and then click it again to close the tag. You are putting the link between 2 tags
