The 28th&29th of this month is Ham Radio Field Day. Those of you thinking or wanting info about Ham Radio's for comm's, this will a good time to get out and see how radios and antenna's are being setup for emergency communications. You can go to www.arrl.org and find a Ham club close to you and get in touch with them to find out where they are going to set up for Field Day. You can see different brands of radios, antennas, and other equipment to help decide what you want. You can even get on the air if you want.
