Go to "Survival Food List" for individual items.
I bought several cans of the soup mixs

Another good site, lots of stuff and good people to deal with.
Get on the mailing list for the monthly specials.
Monthly specials require min purchase.

Not sure they're still cheap when they add $10 shipping to a $12 order :)

Those needing a larger order might do better though.

Target has really great food and fruit bars, the fruit bars are unbelievably good (6 bars for $2.99). They are made by Archer Farms (a Target only brand). The other granola type bars are very good also. The best fruit bars are the Strawberry, Palmogranate and Tropical, do not get the orange unless you really like orange.

Well I was wanting a few of those 2400 calorie, 3 day supply ration bars for the hurricane kit, but what seemed like a bargain at $4 each, was a trifle less bargain-y when the shipping on 4 came to $16

I like the Target bars (for general eating duty especially) but they don't have a five year shelf life!

Remember when Homer simpson climbed the mountain? He was eating power bars and they told him they were just old newspapers and Apple cores. LOL
